**Property Administrator / Office Administrator - c£25k - Barnet (Office Based)**

We’re working with a long established, reputable independent Property Management company based in Barnet who require a competent Property Administrator as follows:

- To provide general administrative support, both office and property management specific
- To deal with resident queries, requests for maintenance etc. liaising with in-house teams and external contractors as required
- Invoice processing, responding to basic service charge queries as they arise
- Attend Estates with Property Managers, noting H&S, Fire Risk and maintenance needs as they arise
- Dealing with insurance claims
- Preparation of solicitors forms as part of the sales process
- Providing ad-hoc support as and when required across all office departments

Whilst previous property environment exposure would be useful, it isn’t essential as training can be provided in post. Good all round administrative skills and a willingness to learn and help are key.

Core office hours are Monday to Friday 9-5 with free parking on site, end of month lunches and a casual dress code.

Salary for the successful property administrator will range from £24k - £27k to start with regular reviews and uplifts based on performance. Our client will also offer a structured career path to property management once settled/proven.
