**Key Responsibilities**

As an HR, Payroll and Accounting Administrator, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Overseeing employee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
- Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback
- Developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations
- Negotiating employment contracts and terms of employment
- Representing the organization in labour-management disputes
- Administering employee benefits and compensation programs
- Assisting with employee relations and resolving any conflicts that may arise
- Providing guidance to employees on benefit options, policies, and procedures
- Creating and managing employee development and training programs
- Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback
- Preparing payroll and issuing paychecks to employees and partners
- Helping with book-keeping and payroll related matters

**Nice to haves**
- Familiar with HR software such as CharlieHR, BrightHR
- Knowledge of VAT and how to file it

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree or certification in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
- At least two years of experience in payroll and accounting administration
- Knowledge of payroll and accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
