**Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a HR Analyst to join their team in Chester on a full time, 6-month temporary basis (35 hours per week).**

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a track record of professional HR practice to join an innovative and fast paced pharmaceutical company.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contributing for the development and implementation of HR processes and projects including employee lifecycle, data and payroll management
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to analyse business requirements and transform these into technical specifications for development and implementation
- Managing data for core HR functions, including absence and time tracking
- Implementing payroll processes including design and integration
- Analysing metrics and performance whilst identifying potential issues and driving change implementation

**Requirements**:

- Strong HR experience preferably within a global pharmaceutical company
- Great knowledge of HR policies and processes
- Experience using processes within HR/payroll management systems
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Detail oriented individual with great communication skills
