HR Analyst
Duration: 12 months contract
Rate: £27.47/hour plus holiday pay
Location: Chester (with the option to work from home 2/3 days a week)
Role:
This position is a member of a team of HR Process experts who are focused on key process accountabilities that include employee lifecycle events, employee data and document management, organization management, security, reporting, and payroll/time. This positionmay specialize in one/few of the named functions, but will cross-train on partnering functions to ensure business continuity. This position provides expertise to the delivery teams (including process, policy, technical and governance), and supports the day-to-dayCapability Center teams globally in any escalated issues or problems that arise. Has responsibility or provides support across various projects - either leading on global projects or supporting regional teams in the implementation of projects that requireglobal guidance. Supports People Services by continuously looking for areas of improvements in operational processes.
Experience Desired:

- Three or more years of experience performing transactional processing within a HCM or payroll system (e.g. Workday, SAO, PeopleSoft)
- Experience in delivering human resources processes within multi-country environment
- Advanced excel skills
- Strong HCM technical skills; able to manage systems processes to achieve desired functional needs
- Understands the value of process-centric approach to business analysis and capability development
- Experience with functional design and implementation of HCM systems and processes
- Highly motivated and detail oriented in order to achieve and improve HR Service Centre metrics and standards
- Ability to proactively coach peers to achieve maximum HR Service Centre performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a global, virtual environment
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage / prioritize multiple activities
