**Voice 21, Head of Growth and Engagement**
**Location**:Remote, with regular travel to the London office and elsewhere for meetings. Occasional overnight stays may be required depending on where you are based.
**Salary**:£40,000 - £44,000 pa, dependent on experience

Charity People is partnering with Voice 21 to recruit for its next **Head of Growth and Engagement.** In this exciting opportunity, Voice 21 is searching for someone to lead a fantastic team that generates interest, awareness and support forVoice 21's work from influential individuals and organisations. As Head of Growth and Engagement, you will manage external relationships within the education sector, as well as significant individuals.
You will be line managing a team of four staff, and will be working with internal teams, including senior stakeholders on the Board of Trustees, along with external advisors and suppliers to increase Voice 21's impact on young people requiring oracy education,so the charity can empower every child to use their voice for success in school and life.
**About the role**
The key purpose of the role is to create and produce effective strategies to foster interest in Voice 21's work, and develop that interest into support for their cause. You will manage the marketing, communications and business development functions, overseeinga team of specialists to enable us to grow to be working with 1900 schools across the UK by 2025.
The position holder will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with external organisations, including other education providers and funders, to expand their reach in the UK's education sector and internationally.

- You have a track record of persuading individuals or organisations to support initiatives you've been part of - you understand what motivates people and how institutions make decisions.
