Office Administrator for small fast pasted office
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an office administration role preferred
- Knowledge of Health and Safety in a construction based office is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
**Du:ties**
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization
- File and organize documents in both physical and electronic formats
- Act as a personal assistant to the executive team
- Be competent on the computer and able to operate Excel and word proficiently.As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization. If you are a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
