**Company Description**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as an Receptionist/Administrator. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational office administration skills and grow within our company.
As an Receptionist/Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will assist with various administrative tasks and provide support to our team members.
**Responsibilities**:
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and managing filing systems.
Assist with office organisation by maintaining office supplies, organizing files, and ensuring cleanliness.
Perform data entry tasks, including updating databases, inputting financial information, and maintaining accurate records.
Schedule appointments, and meetings, and make necessary arrangements.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and reconciling accounts.
Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
Assist with the maintenance and troubleshooting of office equipment, such as printers and copiers.
Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and directing individuals to the appropriate personnel.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the office.
**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
Previous office experience is an asset but not required.
**Hours of work**
Part time role 24 per week 08.00am to 4.30pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
