Our college team consists of staff from all over the world, in a variety of roles, supporting our students. Language skills are by no means a requirement but a willingness to work with colleagues and customers from across the globe is essential.

The Admissions Manager will be dedicated specifically to Navitas’ young and successful colleges in The Netherlands, one of the emerging study destinations for students around the globe. Next to the rankings of Dutch research universities, including our partnerUniversity of Twente, students are attracted by the high level of English language skills, the cost of education and high quality of life. Together with our college teams and in close cooperation with the Student Services teams at The Hague University of AppliedSciences and University of Twente you will be leading in providing students and their stakeholders with great service and a smooth student journey.

**Location**: Oxford area - You will be working partially from home and partially from the office.

**Admissions Manager Duties**:
The admissions team for both colleges is located in the UK with occasional travel to the Netherlands. We are looking for a highly motivated Admissions Manager to lead our admissions team, where you will work with the Marketing, Academic and Student ServicesTeams to assist in the provision of a proactive and responsive Admissions process. You will be expected to be able to develop effective customer focused, business relationships and opportunities, both in the UK, the Netherlands and offshore and to implementcustomer service strategies that will achieve agreed targets. In addition to this you will play a lead role in expediting a seamless visa process at specific times of the year.

**Admissions Manager Requirements**:

- Expertise in the area of front-line customer relationship management
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong verbal and written English language communication skills
- Computer literacy skills inclusive of demonstrated competence with the Microsoft Office suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience in an education or customer services focused environment
- University qualifications at least to undergraduate level
- A track record in the provision of services to a multicultural clientele
- Good understanding of Higher Education industry sector
- Proven ability as a team player
- Proven ability to organise own workload and to cope with a variety of task demands
- Flexible attitude to work including occasional willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of student and administrative activities
- Creative thinking processes
- File management and administrative skills
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of equal opportunity, equity and workplace health and safety principles
