CSS Europe Limited is a growing software company that provides software solutions that power the performance of NHS, local government and public sector organizations to drive productivity & efficiency.
- **Duties will include**:_
- Working with clients to install software solutions and configuring systems as appropriate to reach key project deliverables.
- Overseeing projects, mitigating risks and solving issues
- Understanding client requirements for a smooth transition and implementation.
- Working with data from outgoing providers and sources to manage system setups.
- Writing specification documentation for new software developments.
- Training new customers during the implementation process.
- Scheduling, attending and leading meetings
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Updating project records
- Providing support to new and existing customers
Ideally you will have proven experience within a software implementation position. A confident, friendly manner, and excellent communication skills are also necessary. You must be a great team player and have a passion to achieve and deliver quality customer service.

- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal

- Ability to pick up new skills quickly and adapt to a new role.
- Ability to take ownership of projects throughout its lifecycle
- Ability to support internal and external users
- A keen eye for detail to ensure deadlines are met

- Experience working in implementation/projects
- Educated to Degree level

- **Working hours**:_
The Projects Team mainly work 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, however some evening/weekend flexibility is required to support the team. CSS offer 20 days of annual leave, plus all statutory days.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
