**AIS Survivex is currently looking to recruit an Administrator on a permanent contract located in Teesside, UK.**

**The Company**

We are the UK’s number one training provider for the energy sectors, training over 100,000 delegates a year, through a comprehensive portfolio of over 450 training courses (from safety critical to technical to developmental), where applicable accredited by the relevant governing bodies and delivered from our state-of-the-art facilities through-out the UK.

**The Role**

The Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of administration duties including but not limited to:

- Meeting, greeting, and signing in of visitors, including serving of refreshments
- Supporting delegates with signing in at reception via sign in app and guiding them to the correct location of training
- Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with enquires where possible
- Dealing with face-to-face enquiries from delegates and visitors
- Ordering stationary, cleaning products and PPE
- Organising and distributing daily post and deliveries
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as compiling paperwork, updating customer databases, scanning paperwork and course preparation
- Ensuring that all internal and external processes are followed
- Ensuring that internal systems are kept up to date in accordance with procedures
