**The Role**

Pinnacle Group are looking for an Afgan Liaison Officer to act as an initial point of contact for all ARAP families, as well as supporting the wider Pinnacle team with translation services:

- Move In_

You will support Pinnacle Housing Officers with move in appointments for ARAP families, particularly where there is no English speaker in the family. This will include attending some move in appointments in person.
- In Occupancy_

You will act as an initial point of contact for families, signposting them to the relevant Pinnacle department and providing translation support where required. This may require attending some properties in person.
- Repairs_

You will log repairs from families which are then passed to DIO’s repairs and maintenances contractors for action.
- Move Out_

You will support Pinnacle Housing Officers with move out appointments for ARAP families, particularly where there is no English speaker in the family. This will include attending some move out appointments in person.

This is a Hybrid role with some attendance at offices required.

Travel will be required throughout UK to support occupants (travel and accommodation funded)

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure all move in requirements and in occupancy obligations are understood and agreed by the new occupant
- That in occupancy changes are understood by the occupants
- Raising maintenance repairs and the process is understood by the occupants
- Ensure Move in / Move out procedure is understood by the occupants
- Raising repairs and maintenance requests on our systems (training will be provided).
- To liaise with key stakeholders to facilitate access for statutory inspections, such as gas and electrical safety checks.
- Deliver clear communications with every family member to maximise access opportunities
- Providing impeccable levels of service to the Afghan families
- Contribute positively to the business’ continuous improvement strategy particularly within the role being performed
- Putting safety of all first.

- Excellent command of written and verbal English and DARI-AFGHANI and/or PASHTO-AFGHANI including the ability to translate both in written and conversation.
- Confident in Data input with IT systems maintaining attention to detail.
