We are looking to recruit a permanent, full time **Student Support Administrator** that can provide a seamless administration service to our Education team and engage with our learners, offering a thorough, supportive induction to the training and qualifications available.
**The Role**

Based from HMP Chelmsford, our **Student Support Administrators** are responsible for ensuring that our administration systems and processes operate efficiently whilst providing support to our learners, teaching and prison allocation teams.

As the first point of contact for prisoners, our Student Support Administrators play a key role in the induction process through promotion of courses and recruitment of learners, delivery of ongoing advice and guidance to outline the education and training available, conducting initial assessments and acting as a liaison with partner agencies and other key stakeholders.
**What are we looking for?**

You will need to demonstrate high ethical standards, take personal accountability for everything you do, and always want to be the best. You should have relevant and recent experience in a similar role with an NVQ level 2 qualification in Business Administration, or equivalent (level 3 is desirable).

The salary for our administrators is based on experience and qualifications of the post holder, to be eligible for the top end of the band (£21,000 - £24,000) you will need to hold a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent.
