This fascinating organisation is seeking an exceptional temporary Engagement Coordinator to support with the administration of their educational programs and to help coordinate public engagement events. They are looking for someone with strong administrationand problem-solving skills to welcome onto the team

This role is to start immediately and will be ongoing for at least 6 months, or potentially longer.

**Temporary Engagement Coordinator Responsibilities**

As the Temporary Engagement Coordinator some of your duties will include:

- Coordinate and help develop systems to ensure effective staffing, logistics and delivery of the public engagement programme
- Support the Student Engagement Manager with the organisation of the current/active students, including professional development and pastoral care
- Ensure all records and information held internally are complete and up to date
- Facilitate information flow between key stakeholders on engagement team activities
- Keeping paperwork up to date, updating processes/procedures, and answering queries internally and externally
- Coordinate the advertisement of PhD projects and manage the onboarding process for incoming students
- Draft annual Student Engagement timeline and work proactively to keep programmes on track
- Process data and produce reports including regular Engagement Team Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting
- Ensure website content is accurate and regularly updated and be responsible for accuracy of available information for all student content
- Assist with the preparation and administration of developing staff training materials
- Administer evaluation and monitoring systems, such as questionnaires
- Scheduling briefings for staff involved in public engagement and student related events/visits
- Provide admin support to keep a record of all engagement activities
- Wider support for the engagement and communications team, as required including web editing, poster printing, drafting media licences etc.

**Temporary Engagement Coordinator Requirements**
- Ideally previous administration experience within education or academia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Including Word, Excel)
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work to multiple and tight deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to use initiative and effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
