Allandale Care Group Ltd is a charity that has 2 care homes in Heswall.

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant/Administrator to join the team.
- Main duties include
- Operation of SAGE accounts software system.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers as required with account queries.
- Credit control.
- Take payments from residents using in house systems and customer portals
- Process invoices and resolve invoice queries.
- Pay role duties.
- Account related duties.

Experience
- Have a good knowledge of book keeping and financial accounts.
- Be knowledgeable in SAGE accounts.
- Excellent customer service
- Well organised and capable of prioritising tasks.
- Computer skills
- competent in the use of Microsoft Office/Excel
- Good verbal and written communications
- Team orientated.

25-30 hours per week
