Our services are delivered by highly experienced Paramedics and Nurses lead by our in-house Clinical Team.

**Position**:
IPRS Aeromed are currently recruiting for a **Clinical Administrator** to work as part of a team within IPRS Aeromed Clinical Team delivering a first-class professional service through administrative and telephone support to a variety of teams as and when required. To carry out associated tasks to ensure that IPRS Aeromed meets its clients’ requirements to their agreed service level standards.

**KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arrange daily meetings, record and distribute minutes as required.

Ordering of clinical stock items, coordinating and processing the delivery of all items.

Update records on the Stock Management System accurately and promptly.

Assist with the creation of new medical kits to support the Company’s service delivery needs.

Stock management of medical equipment and general drugs in accordance with the Activities Matrix.

Undertake regular reviews of Stock Management System reports to ensure required stock levels are maintained.

Complete outgoing calls to on-site medical teams to complete record keeping, data entry and auditing of remote clinical sites.

Ensure all new medical staff have the means to undertake their role with the provision of uniform, company IDs etc.

Arrange for all staff to have the correct access granted for the building and car park.

Provide administrative support to teams undertaking recruitment activities for the business.

Support the wider team with coordination and delivery of induction sessions to new staff entering the business.

Provide administrative support to sub-contracted clinical staff.

Learn administrative processes for all IPRS Aeromed’s contracts and provide support across the teams when required due to sickness, holiday absence and unexpected peaks in work.

**General / Additional Duties**:
Perform general administrative duties as and when required.

Support colleagues actively reviewing process’ and looking at ways to improve the efficiency of the business.

Ensure that professional behaviour, appearance, and attitude are maintained, and the organisation’s policies and procedures are adhered to.

Help the Clinical Team achieve relevant Key Performance Indicator targets to meet overall business goals & objectives.

Record incoming post and prepare all outgoing post for collection daily.

Undertake any other duties compatible with the grading of the post, as required.

This role is based at our IPRS Aeromed - Gatwick office but UK wide travel may be required to attend remote sites, recruitment fairs or other partners and suppliers.

**Salary up to £25,000 per annum**

**40 hours per week**

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Training**:
GNVQ/NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent, or

4 GCSE/O level passes A-C or equivalent, including English and Maths; or

A minimum of one-year administration or customer service experience

Full UK Driving Licence

**Experience and Knowledge**:
Experience of working in an administration or customer service environment

Experience of using various Microsoft programmes and databases

**Skills and Abilities**:
Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills, in particular a friendly telephone manner

Attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately

Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and provide excellent customer service

Ability to prioritise and meet relevant Key Performance Indicators in a demanding environment

Ability to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision in a proactive manner

Team worker who is flexible and has a positive attitude to learning and self-development**
