**About Our Client**:
Our client is a highly reputable, well known organisation based on the outskirts of Southampton. They have had an increase in customers over the past 12 months and so are growing their transactional team. The office is near the M27 and has very easily accessible public transports routes.

As the Purchase Ledger Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Supervising a team of 3 AP clerks
- Deciding on payment terms/dealing with payment term queries
- Dealing with escalated queries
- Allocation of cash for outstanding payments
- Investigating any differences between the debits and credits
- Developing and training of staff

**The Successful Applicant**:
In order to be considered for the Purchase Ledger Supervisor role, you must:

- Have previously worked in a similar position and be able to demonstrate this
- Be able to support and manage people
- Be able to lead by example
- Be able to communicate effectively
- The client will also consider people who are looking for their first supervisory role
- Be able to adapt and multi-task
