**Customer Services Sales Advisor / Client Retention Specialist** who has excellent listening, negotiation and problem-solving skills is required to retain existing clients from cancelling their service with a well-established company.
**FULL TRAINING PROVIDED**
**SALARY**:£20,000 per annum (Basic Salary) + £10,000+ (Uncapped Commission)
**LOCATION**:Remote Working
**JOB TYPE**:Full-Time, Permanent
**WORKING HOURS**:37 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday 8:45 - 17:00

Working as the Customer Services Sales Advisor / Client Retention Specialist you will join a team that specialise in retaining existing clients from cancelling their service.
As a Customer Services Sales Advisor / Client Retention Specialist you will be:

**DUTIES**
Your duties as a Customer Services Sales Advisor / Client Retention Specialist include:
- Providing the best solution to the client to prevent them from cancelling their agreement
- Accurately updating client agreements, accounts, paperwork, and the CRM system in a timely manner
- Managing pipeline and cancellation requests within specified SLA’s
- Articulating the company’s value proposition
- Effectively negotiating Win/Win scenarios benefiting all parties
- Achieving or exceeding all assigned KPI measures around targets/calls and case management
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- A confident communicator who is able to quickly build relationships over the telephone
- A natural solution finder approach who thrives on resolving problems and troubleshooting
- Experienced in objection and rejection handling
- A target driven person with a sales mentality to exceed expectations
- Knowledgeable of Full Leasing / Rental & Purchase Portfolio within UK & ROI Retention's Team (additional product training provided)
**Other relevant and beneficial skills could include**:
- Experience working within retention's / handling complaints / Account / Client Management
- Customer service qualification and/or experience
- A growth mindset with some super transferable skills which will help to build a platform for success in the Team
- Coping strategies to enable you to effectively handle and manage rejection
- Advanced organisational skills
- Worked towards targets and KPIs previously
