Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen within our Service Desk Team.

We are looking for someone with personality and drive to assist in coordinating our busy engineering team at our Head Office in Blackburn.

Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Answering incoming service phone calls
- Raising and Uploading new service calls onto our CRM system
- Liaising with Customers and Engineers to ensure customer service targets are fulfilled
- Dealing with new enquiries
- Communicating with internal and external customers
- Data Entry

Key Skills required
- Computer Literate, experience of using excel, word and Office 365
- Must be able to work to strict deadlines
- Numerate and a possess a strong eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time keeping
- Confident Telephone manner
- Well organised
- Strong work ethic and customer service skills

Holidays: 23 days per annum plus Bank Holidays

**Salary**: £21,840.00 per year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
