We are looking to recruit compassionate, courageous and ambitious people who boast integrity, champion respect and have a genuine interest in - and a passion for - supporting others. No two days will be the same and each new shift will present you with inspiring opportunities to help you grow both professionally and personally whilst having a positive impact on the lives of those you support and their families.

Support will include personal care, manual handling, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry. We want the people we support to live fulfilling, ordinary lives - this means having healthy relationships, a healthy lifestyle and living increasingly independently. While some of the people are social butterflies and love going out, others choose to stay in and play board games or watch movies.

Shifts: 7am-3pm / 3pm-10pm / long days. We are looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of weekdays and weekends.

Full UK driving license is essential for this role; we have a Mobility Vehicle and support workers will need to drive it - to be able to drive a Mobility Vehicle you need to have a full UK license.
