Job Summary:
We are a small family run workshop, based in Leighton Buzzard carrying out Fleet Maintenance, general vehicle repairs and MOTs on a wide range of vehicles including HGV, LGV and trailers.

**Duties**:

- Answering telephone calls & updating Customers
- Adding costs onto Customer portals
- Requesting order numbers
- Scanning & general admin duties as required

**Skills**:

- Excellent communications skills both written & verbal
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in computerised office systems
- Administrative experience preferred
- Data entry proficiency
- A team player

Hours of work are approx 15 hours per week working Monday to Friday.

In return the benefits we offer are:
20 days annual leave + Bank holidays, Pension scheme, friendly office working environment + office uniform.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
