Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a market leading specialist finance provider that seeks a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a 12 month contract basis (with a good chance of it leading to a permanent position).

Please note, this is a hybrid working position, based in Southwark, SE London, with 2 days in the office and 3 days WFH. Mon-Fri, 9-5pm.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handling all telephone enquiries from both prospective and existing customers.
- Responding to customers quickly and effectively, ensuring that every customer interaction has a positive outcome.
- Responsible for all in-life processes, such as settlements, reschedules, account queries.
- Liaise with internal departments assisting with both in life requests and customer queries
- Maintain customer data to ensure it is up to date
- Identification of improvements and changes that will further enhance our customer service delivery.
- Ensuring the service we provide is representative of our values.
**Applicant Requirements**:
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding, professional customer service, applicants must have proven customer service skills ideally gained within an office environment.
- Experience within the Finance industry or the ability to learn about the finance products we offer.
- Excellent communication skills - written and spoken.
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail, in order to support in-life processes such as customer settlements and repayment queries.
- Have the ability to listen and to understand what the query is by asking the right questions, then resolving them for the customer.
- Able to work within a team and help create a positive, working environment.
- Experience in dealing with CRM systems or the ability to learn new system processes.
- Have the ability to help create and write customer service procedures
- Self-motivated and a passion for excelling.
