**Administrator and Receptionist**
9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday and 30 minutes lunch. 32.5 hours per week.
We are pleased to be recruiting an Administrator / Receptionist for a family-owned business in Leamington town centre.
To be considered for this role you will need administration experience.
Duties will include:
- Answering the phone, call logging and taking messages.
- Processing Sales
- Collating end-of-month accounts
- Filling paperwork and photocopying
- Updating clients records
- Data entry of invoices
- General post
- Ordering stationary
- Chasing supplier invoices
- Daily recording of Cash Sales
- Wages paperwork
- Van mileage
- Petty Cash bookkeeping
- Holiday chart
- Updating websites
