Facilities Manager

Cobalt is working alongside a longstanding leader in the property market as they are seeking an established FM to join their team. Our client boasts an enviable reputation in the market, as they have been rapidly growing their portfolio through new instructionsfrom both new and existing clients.
This role will see you manage a portfolio of commercial office buildings in West London, overseeing the hard and soft services within them. Our client is committed to finding an individual who is seeking to gain invaluable experience to further excel intheir career, whilst being committed to delivering a first-class service to their blue-chip tenants.
**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Regularly attending and inspecting the properties;
- Overseeing the effective maintenance of plant and building fabric across your portfolio;
- Ensuring full compliance with H&S legislation, signing off on permits to work, and overseeing RAMS;
- Managing the work of external contractors for hard and soft services;
- Checking in with the occupiers on a regular basis to ensure their professional needs are catered to.
- Line management for team members on time.
An IOSH qualification is essential for this role, whilst prior commercial experience is also sought after from our client for this role.
