Overview: As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will act as first point of contact for customers that have recently bought a new build house from the developer. You will support the department in providing a high quality and professional service, with the objective of achieving customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work within the Customer Service team.
- Chase subcontractors outstanding defects on a weekly basis.
- Respond to all customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that defects are logged promptly and accurately.
- Make and keep an updated record of aftercare calls to all new homeowners and reporting any issues immediately to Sales, Construction and Head of Customer Service.
- Provide additional adhoc support to the department as required.
- Must have house-building experience, within a similar role.
- Excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally.
- Must have an approachable, calm and professional manner.
- Competent user of Microsoft Outlook, experience using COINS is desirable.

**Additional information**:

- This is a full-time position, working from the Torquay office.
- 25 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays
