As one of the leading insurance Brokers in the Southwest, we specialise in a range of commercial and personal insurance products and have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our vibrant team of insurance professionals.

Based within the Broker Support Customer Services Team, you will work closely with both the sales and finance departments to assist existing customers with changes to their policies.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor include, but are not limited to:

- Process any changes to our customers insurance policies throughout the year.
- Complete and process cancellation requests.
- Monitor, check and process any documents received from insurers and clients.
- Liaise with the accounts department to ensure that credit control rules are followed.
- Chase and accept payments by cheque, credit card and direct debit for new business, renewals and policy amendments.
- Adhere to company policy and best practices in line with current FCA compliance regulations.
