We’re looking a new Apprentice to support our office
This role will report into the Office Manager, and you will be assisting with all aspects of the day to day running of the office and be the focal reception point for calls and visitors. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a growing business.
Key Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain meeting room calendars
- Perform data entry tasks to update records and databases
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and set up meeting rooms
- Supporting the Office Manager with any other tasks as required
About You:
- Highly motivated with strong attention to detail
- Confident and sincere
- Enthusiastic and a real people person
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize your work
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Great team player, willing to support and assist your colleagues.
The working hours for this role are 8.30am - 5.30pm
