Reception Administrator

This role is 9:00-17:15 Monday

  • Friday in our Stoke Office.

KeyResponsibilities as Reception Administrator:

  • Support the wider office with general admin duties including scanning and filing, management of meeting rooms.
  • Managing stationery, office supplies and refreshments
  • Meet and greet visitors, clients, and colleagues to the office
  • Liaise with clients and book internal and external meetings
  • Maintain a professional appearance of Front of House and the meeting rooms, ensuring they are all kept to a high standard.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and scanning incoming mail as required
  • Be the main point of contact for general office support
  • Support the health and safety policy across the office

Personal Attributes:

  • Work at intermediate level in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Be confident with database administration and accuracy of detail
  • Accurate keyboard skills and ability to proofread work undertaken
  • You will have a proactive, conscientious, and professional manner and diligent work ethic
  • Good oral and written communication skills with a professional manner
  • Ability to use/learn software and systems operated by the company as appropriate (eg; SAGE, scanning, time and client management system, document management system)
  • Ability to work in a deadlineoriented environment and deliver quality administration
