Are you a proactive and diligent reception administrator looking for a varied role that plays a pivotal part in the smooth running of the office and front of house reception.
We are a firm of accountants & business advisers, who operate from five offices in the Midlands and have 32 Partners and Directors and over 200 staff.
This role is 9:00-17:15 Monday
- Friday in our Stoke Office.
KeyResponsibilities as Reception Administrator:
- Support the wider office with general admin duties including scanning and filing, management of meeting rooms.
- Managing stationery, office supplies and refreshments
- Meet and greet visitors, clients, and colleagues to the office
- Liaise with clients and book internal and external meetings
- Maintain a professional appearance of Front of House and the meeting rooms, ensuring they are all kept to a high standard.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and scanning incoming mail as required
- Be the main point of contact for general office support
- Support the health and safety policy across the office
Personal Attributes:
- Work at intermediate level in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Be confident with database administration and accuracy of detail
- Accurate keyboard skills and ability to proofread work undertaken
- You will have a proactive, conscientious, and professional manner and diligent work ethic
- Good oral and written communication skills with a professional manner
- Ability to use/learn software and systems operated by the company as appropriate (eg; SAGE, scanning, time and client management system, document management system)
- Ability to work in a deadlineoriented environment and deliver quality administration
