**The venue you become a part of**:
Set within Chapel Down lies a beautiful 80 seat restaurant boasting beautiful views of the vines and surrounding vineyard. A relaxed and informal environment - the perfect way to sample locally sourced produce cooked to perfection. With 2 AA Rosettes and a Bib Gourmand, this restaurant strives for excellence in every avenue making it the perfect workplace for ambitious and dedicated people ready for a challenge.

**The successful Waiting Staff will undertake the following duties**:

- Passionate about delivering best-in-class service
- Able to take ownership of your section
- Willing to act as a brand ambassador
- Motivated by working closely with all your colleagues to ensure a smooth service

Ensuring that the site is maintained
- Helpful and friendly
- Team and customer focussed with great communication skills
- Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
- A team player but also have the ability to work on your own initiative
- Able to follow guidelines and remain calm under pressure
