Summary
We are a small friendly team who work closely together. We are seeking a guest -oriented front of house members of staff to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating and serving a variety of drinks, food and helping ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests and other team members alike.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (ongoing training comes with the position)
- Help maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines (training provided)
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Talk with customers, answer questions, and provide information about menus or specials
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth running of operations

**Skills**:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting preferred (alternativelycustomer facing experience
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Hospitality mindset to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £8.00-£11.50 per hour
