What will you be doing?
We’re excited to be looking for a Health & Wellbeing Practitioner to join our thriving team. This role will involve leading and supporting session delivery across a number of mental health support programmes working closely with the programme coordinator to ensure all sessions are staffed appropriately and delivered to a standard that will achieve our proposed outcomes.
You will be working closely with a range of local partners and SFC club media team, to promote and raise awareness around mental health and deliver a number of group sessions focusing on mental health and positive behaviour change.

A flexible approach to working hours will be key to this role, sessions will be delivered at various daytime slots throughout the week.
Person Specification:
- Experience of working with groups and initiating behaviour change.- Experience of mentoring both adults and young people with a range of diverse needs.- Lived experience of mental health or experience of supporting others through mental health challenges.- Good communication and organisational skills.- Good IT skills.How this benefits you
