**The Customer Advisor Role**:

- Ordering parts, providing quotes and ensuring that delivery commitments to our National Accounts are being met
- Maintaining system updates with specific, accurate information
- Assigning emergency breakdown calls to our team of skilled and qualified Engineers
- Acting as the primary interface between our internal customers and Engineers and ensuring all customer queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently
- A passion for excellent customer service
- The ability to develop long-standing, professional relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team-player mindset and able to work in a fast-paced environment
