**In housing you can make a real difference, the role of the Senior Lettings Advisor will involve**:

- Supporting the provision of a high-quality allocations, lettings, and empty property management service.
- Ensuring that empty properties are re-let in accordance with the allocations policy and within the minimum timescales to achieve targets.
- Delivering sustainable lettings through effective shortlisting and eligibility assessments ensuring that new tenants can sustain their tenancies.
- Maintaining & developing excellent relationship with local authorities in respect of Choice Based Lettings and nomination arrangements.
- Ensuring that processes work effectively to deliver a high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

**As** **the Senior Lettings Advisor, we **need you to have**:

- Ability to communicate clearly, excellent spoken and written skills to a variety of audiences
- Ability to manage, organise and prioritise workload.
- High self-motivation who acts with integrity and shows drive and enthusiasm.

**We would be **_really_** excited if you have**:

- Experience of working in a social housing environment in a similar or related role.
- Knowledge and understanding of working best practise in allocations, lettings and void management.
