A rare opportunity has arisen for an Property Auctions Advisor to join a thriving independent Estate Agent based in Coventry. This market leading brand covers everything property related, sales, lettings, new homes and auctions. 

Property Auctions Advisor – Benefits

  • A basic salary of up to £27,000

Property Auctions Advisor– Responsibilities

  • Speaking to potential buyers regarding upcoming auctions
  • Educating new buyers on auction process
  • Informing your list of buyers of new units coming on
  • Build interest to upcoming auctions, building relationships and maintaining a key list of investors
  • Assisting buyers with registering their bids
  • Support with sellers
  • Assist with auction day set ups
  • Take pictures and measure ups of local properties coming to auction
  • Carry out viewings if needed
  • The successful Property Auctions Advisor will have a sales background of at least 12 months, ideally within a property related role with strong sales experience both in a face to face and over the phone capacity. You will be naturally proactive, a strong relationship builder and someone who can use their own initiative. 

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed

  • Previous Estate Agent property experience is ideal
  • You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
  • Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
  • You will be well spoken and well presented
  • You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
