Magnus James, a national specialist recruiter for the property industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Auction Sales Advisor to join their team.
About the Role:
- As an Auction Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential buyers and sellers, educating them on the auction process, and promoting upcoming auctions.
- You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with a variety of stakeholders, including buyers, sellers, and colleagues.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing regular updates to the sales team.
Requirements:
- At least 12 months of sales experience, preferably in a property-related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using Estate Agency CRM systems and other software applications.
- A natural sales ability, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
