You will be working alongside various departments offering outreach management support across services in London.

Brief Job Description:
To support and supervise support staff, ensuring services are CQC compliant whilst maintaining high care standards,

To conduct quality checks and service review.

To liaise with the local authorities, staff, managers to request/confirm information on behalf of the senior team.

To handle efficiently company portals.

To assist clients with ongoing maintenance of company, including transfer of data, customer care experience.

To provide backup to the senior team, when necessary.

To provide general administrative and clerical support.

To work hand in hand with the HR, Care Management and accounting and finance department of the company.

To be responsible for the company’s databases and registries.

In due time the successful applicant will be expected to support clients directly.
