With over 40 years of experience, we leverage a cultivated global network of partnerships with airlines, hoteliers and suppliers to provide seamless and bespoke itineraries.

Being a part of our travel sales support team, you will provide full assistance to our Travel Consultants, working closely with them to manage the operational & administrative needs of all activities that enable the delivery of our exceptional travel itineraries.

Working as part of a talented, ambitious, and highly collaborative team, your ultimate focus is on delivering an outstanding customer experience to both our customers and suppliers.

You will coordinate operational logistics with suppliers, booking accuracy and operational communication to customers. You will ensure unparalleled customer service and deliver accurate, detailed information at all relevant stages of the customer’s trip experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure confirmed arrangement details are accurate and processed. This includes (but not limited to): airlines, hotels, tour operators, ground operators and other suppliers
- Completing various pre-departure checks on all upcoming bookings
- Proactively communicating with our customers to ensure that both we and they have all the information required to enable an exceptional trip experience.
- Liaise with our finance team to process supplier payments and refunds accurately and efficiently
- Research any required information using our vast wealth of resources
- Enter and edit information into our after-sales system and generating client documentation
- Delivering great customer service and maintaining an ‘above and beyond’ attitude

**About You**
- 1+ years of full-time professional experience within a Travel Administration role is essential
- Experience on a GDS system - Galileo preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- A strong team player who is supportive & communicative
- Confident and professional communication skills - both internal & external
- Very organised with a natural ability to prioritise and multi-task
- A passion for travel & delivering first-class service to our customers
- A stickler for detail

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Loughton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- travel administration: 1 year (required)
- GDS (Galileo preferred): 1 year (required)
