Our client is a market leading life science company with bases all across Europe. They are seeking a Recruitment Administrator who speaks FLUENT GERMAN, additional European languages would be beneficial too.
OVERVIEW:
POSITION PROFILE FOR THE RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR:

- Create a centralised Job Description folder for all requisitions
- Write engaging adverts for all live requisitions
- Create advert templates for high volume, repeat requisitions
- Create a centralised Job Advert folder for all requisitions
- Post adverts on relevant job boards including managing LinkedIn
- Track talent acquisition sourcing methods, success, cost ROI
- Utilise Yammer for internal job awareness and TA function branding
- Police adverts, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies
- Create weekly job mailers per country/site and share with relevant HR partner for local posting
- Work closely with the TA Marketing Comms team across Europe
- Collate a reliable source of terms of business for agency partners
- Monitor and report on agency performance
- Support with organising Agency Partner education days
- Schedule intake meetings for new requisitions
- Provide a weekly report for each HR Manager across Europe - template to be updated and distributed
- Manage weekly reporting on performance per Talent Acquisition Partner - KPI's etc.
- Creatively prepare PowerPoint presentations for weekly TA reporting meetings
- Ownership of the talent acquisition generic inbox, effectively triaging incoming communication
- Proofing, submission, and management of all offer approvals between TAP and HR
- Manage team travel, expenses, and holiday requests
This Recruitment Administrator will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, and the role can be fully remote.
