We’re looking for an Administrator to join our Housing Maintenance Team based in East London. Within this role working among a great team, supporting the delivery of a planned maintenance & responsive repair solution for our prestigious clients.

**Location**: Office and site based, East London

**Contract**: Permanent, Full Time - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

**Responsibilities**

As an Administrator, you’ll be working within the Housing Maintenance Team, supporting them in various areas.

Your day to day will include:

- Send certificates to the relevant individuals’ client/Kier and ensure they are saved in the correct place on our systems.
- Weekly updates to be provided to the client on the progress for each individual servicing stream.
- Develop effective working relationships with client and contractors’ representatives to reduce duplication and ensure consistency of information and approach
- Input job status/notes on the system (concept/ site systems)

- Previous experience in administration
- Excel to a high level of competence
