**Role Summary**:
**Location: London**

The Global COE Leader will have overall responsibility for the execution of all aspects of key global pursuits, including all global & regional priority targets and major high growth service opportunities.

Markets Focus:
- Overall responsibility for the execution of all aspects of key global pursuits, including all global & regional priority targets and major high growth service opportunities.
- Where appropriate lead strategic priority pursuits providing market expertise, guidance, and instruction to the Lead Pursuit Partner / Lead Member Firm to ensure our greatest chance of success.
- Work closely with Lead Member Firms across the globe on account and opportunity planning for both new targets and existing clients, to position KPMG in the best possible way to succeed in the market.
- Play a key role in the execution of the market strategy set out by the Global Head of Markets & Global Head of Client Services, ratified by the GMS ExCo, to achieve our global market share and revenue goals.
- Lead and drive key market initiatives to promote adoption across the sales force within the GMS global network.
- Enforce our professional approach to pursuits, promoting best practices and ensuring that where applicable we bring the best of KPMG, people, technology, and service offerings regardless of location.

Leadership:
- Be the global leader in a new agile centralized Global Markets COE team (a virtual team of SMEs and Markets specialists based in several member firms). The Markets COE team responsibilities include centralized live RFP support (written and oral presentation), opportunity specific pursuit planning (incl. service delivery model and use of technology), ownership of standard RFP materials, and RFP debrief governance.
- Work closely with Global Sales Support Team (centralized KDN resource to support Markets COE) in running jointly owned processes.
- Actively lead Markets COE team, driving a culture of collaboration, high performance, and inclusivity.
- Be a role model leader, ensuring all team members feel supported and have equal opportunities for successful careers.
- Overall responsibility of allocation of pursuit leads and team members as required across the various opportunities.
- Provide strategic input into the overall market strategy to ensure we achieve our global revenue and market share goals.

Change:
- Be a key driver in the creation of the Markets COE team, in conjunction with the Global Clients & Markets team, including the recruitment of key personnel and establishing best practices and processes.
- Be an ambassador of centralized bid support and communicate the value it brings to lead member firms (i.e., increased proactivity, efficiency gains, lower cost in going to market, top-quality materials, access to expertise).
- Actively promote a best-in-class sales culture and entrepreneurial mindset across our global network
