**About the role**:
The Marketing Assistant role provides support to the Global CC Marketing team to help ensure that team objectives are met. This includes upstream activities (e,g, work to support development of new products, packaging and labelling), downstream activities (e.g. work to support development of communication, materials) and activities to assist the entire team (e.g. management of POs etc) It is a critical role to help ensure that processes work smoothly enabling team members to focus on commercial objectives. The jobholder therefore has the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the success of the BU and the positive change we aim to make for our users and their careers.

**Your Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Raise POs for Global Marketing team
- Manage spend (OPEX) tracker for GM team
- Manage new vendor set up process
- Manage product information database including ICC and SAP codes
- Manage translation process for product labelling:

- Receive approved text from upstream GM team
- Get quotes from translation agency and have them approved
- Raise SOP
- Manage timeline for receipt of translations from agency
- Send translations to countries for checking
- Consolidate feedback into master version of translations
- When finalized share master versions with labelling team
- Respond to queries from labelling team regarding translations
- Remain active in process until LRs are approved
- Maintain database of LRs (Labelling Reviews), MEPs (Market Extension Process) and RFMs

(Release for Market)
- Support GM team in production of monthly newsletter to countries
- Support GM team in scheduling of monthly meetings with countries / other regular meetings
- Follow-up with countries on actions and requests
- Manage internal communication through ‘My Convatec’ etc
- Be responsible for Global Marketing Sharepoint to ensure structure remains logical and docs

are easy to locate
- Research and source support materials
- Review and proof materials and documents
- Research and consolidation of information

- Strong project management and time management skills
- Proactive approach - able to show initiative in order to progress projects
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results against tight

deadlines
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Demonstrates creativity
- Highly computer literate, particularly in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to use Internet for desk research
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive communicator (written and verbal)
- Team player
