As a Senior Therapist at élan UK, you will be part of a team that is driven towards achieving exceptional customer service. **_Duties will include:_**
- Delivering full range of treatments to an exceptional high standard;
- Ensuring the team of therapist are full trained and their knowledge is kept up to date with ongoing training;
- Supporting the clinic manager with operating duties;
- Ensuring the clinics standards are maintained through ongoing inspection;
- Driving the clinic performance through motivating the team to achieve their individual KPI’s
- Ensuring the team deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

**_Skills and experience required:_**
- Demonstrated experience as a successful team leader;
- Qualified Beauty Therapy preferably NVQ 4, but NVQ 3 will be considered;
- Experience in delivering laser treatments is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive a positive culture;
- Senior therapist looking to take the next step into a leadership role.
- You should be willing to work a minimum of alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and 2-3 lates per week.
- A team player with a positive can-do attitude.
