Chemtest is part of Eurofins; we are an award winning company providing **routine analytical services and bespoke specialist** **testing** **throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. Our staff are employed across a number of strategically placed locations, all utilising the latest technologies. Our laboratories are **UKAS accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2005** and, where applicable the **Environment Agency MCERTS Performance Standard** for soils.

**Job Description**:

- Acting as the focal point between non-conforming samples and the clients using the main mail box and via phone
- Manually sort samples in to project specific groups, matching them to their scheduling and passing them to the registration team for timely booking
- Immediate liaison with client contacts to resolve any potential issues on the day of receipt
- Overseeing the efficient collection of samples from registration so that the matching process can be done
- Obtaining and processing testing schedules with urgency and efficiency
- Dealing with samples that do not have testing assigned including arranging their storage and processing them via schedules gained from the relevant client
- Checking through schedules received to ensure they are matched with the samples as they come in and the queue is kept clear or couriers are chased for any missing or delayed samples
- Keeping clients informed of any delay from sample collection through to delivery of results
- Monitoring and updating CRM databases
- Managing all aspects of allocated clients work, providing excellent attention to detail at all times

**Qualifications**:
GCSE’s (including English, Maths) or equivalent

A-level standard qualification (desirable) or equivalent
