About the role

We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Engagement Coordinator to join us at our state-of-the-art Impact Centre in Fordham. On the site of our flagship Packaging facility, the Impact Centre is a hub for DS Smith’s customers to come and learn more about our products, solutions, and the ways in which we can help them to innovate.

Your primary responsibility as Customer Engagement Coordinator is to support the execution of virtual and physical customer experiences by providing market insight, software, organisational and administrative support to the Customer Engagement Manager and relevant stakeholders. As we welcome high profile customers to the Impact Centre, we’ll be relying on you to help prepare presentations, videos, shelf mock ups, and sample products so that we can impress visitors from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll also learn to use internal software so that you can help gather valuable market insights and prepare content updates for the wider business, so that the information we share is always up to date.

This role also focuses on some Facilities Management and Administrative duties, including;
- Welcoming visitors, ensuring their presence is recorded accuralte in line with health and safety requirements
- Managing incoming calls, mail, deliveries, couriers, etc
- Tracking administrative spend, requesting quotes, and raising POs
- Managing calendars, setting up virtual Impact Centre calls, and ensuring office spaces are ready to be used
- Day to day facilities management - Health and Safety, Fire Warden duties, and maintaining relationships with tech suppliers and IT services

About you
- Organised and practical, with a can-do attitude
- Enthusiastic about building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Office administration and facilities management experience
- A genuine interest in Marketing and Packaging
- First Aid knowledge
- Able to use MS Office confidently, and happy to learn other systems (SAP, Kuula, InDesign)
