Customer Service Administrator (Fixed Term Contract)
**Job Title**: Customer Service Administrator
**Contract**: Fixed term contract (approx 6 months)
**Location**: Leek, Sunnyhills Road, ST13 5SP
**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 36.25 hours per week
**Salary**: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

**Why This Role Is Valuable**:
The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for leading on;
**Customer account management**: Tracking Balances, Ensure customers’ orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, Updated customers on changes to orders, Work with Trading Manager to identify contracts not shipping in line with agreed timeframe
Initial point of contact for customer queries (operational/technical/commercial) Work with Warehousing/transport provider to ensure orders ship accurately and that damages incurred are minimised Monitor and minimise downgrade stock levels. Work with Trading r to ensure stock is moved appropriately. Provide sales support cover as required. Administrative support to the Customer Services, Logistic and Supply Chain Manager. Run credit checks, provide an annual stock for external warehouses, provide monthly rebate accrual reports. Utilise Inhouse computer system (Movex ) for: Raising new sales and purchasing agreements, Order processing, Logging new stock inventory, Stock rotation and Producing stock, sales and financial reports as required, providing traceability information as customer’s requests, mock exercises and as required for any non-conformances or complaint raised.

Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and database skills Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills Detailed focus on planning, demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and the ability to take part in and run meetings The ability to display a solutions-oriented approach to issues
