**The Person**: The successful Financial Planner (Financial Advisor, Financial Adviser, Senior Paraplanner) will be a warm relationship builder who is service orientated and who is capable of delivering a personalised and holistic financial planning service of the highest standard, providing clarity and empowering clients to make informed decisions. You will receive the support and funding to enable you to progress professionally, working towards becoming Chartered (if you are not already). The successful Financial Planner will be aspirational and keen to make a significant contribution to the growth of a progressive and ambitious firm while being invested in, valued and rewarded accordingly.

**Salary and Benefits**: Up to £75,000 (employed) + pension + support with exams, 25 days holiday + bank holidays + opportunity for hybrid working after completion of probationary period + cycle to work scheme.

Financial Planner (Financial Adviser, Financial Advisor, Senior Paraplanner)**. Responsibilities**:

- Service and develop strong relationships with an established portfolio of clients.
- Conduct client meetings, providing a highly personalised, holistic financial planning service.
- Life planning and goal setting
- Cashflow forecasting (using Voyant).
- Investment and portfolio construction.
- Pension and retirement planning.
- Inheritance tax and estate planning
- Contingency planning
- Capital protection.
- Ongoing investment and portfolio reviews.
- Work with Paraplanning support team to ensure all technical advice is expertly prepared prior to meetings and that all client wishes are followed in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of best practice within the business.

Financial Planner (Financial Adviser, Financial Advisor, Senior Paraplanner)**. Skills and Experience**:

- Experience of working as a Financial Advisor, providing a comprehensive Financial Planning service OR a Senior Paraplanner, with client facing experience and who is ready to take on their own portfolio of clients.
- Experience of all areas of financial planning - cashflow forecasting, taxation, investment portfolio management, pensions, protection, estate planning etc.
- Diploma in Financial Planning (Dip PFS, Level 4) and either Chartered or keen to work towards becoming a Certified/Chartered Financial Planner (support with this will be provided).
- A keen listener, a strong relationship builder and collaborative team player with a caring, customer centric approach.
- Quality focused, analytical with excellent attention to detail.
