Purpose of Job:

To work within one of the financial advice teams that consists of a Relationship Manager and administration support. The financial adviser will take full responsibility for the preparation of client reports, preparation and implementation of recommendations and financial plans and the on-going review of client financial goals.

The Role:

They are a fast-expanding wealth management business in London and now seeking a financial planner to join the team and advise their clients on their finances. The financial planner should be an effective communicator who is client focussed and can demonstrate experience in investments, pensions, savings and protection whilst conforming to Consumer Duty. This is an exciting time to join the growing business where you will be provided with a client bank to service and develop new business.

Key Responsibilities:

➢ Provide comprehensive financial planning advice to clients, always prioritising their needs.

➢ Manage existing client relationships inherited from long-standing financial planners, whilst developing new client relationships through proactive networking and business development.

➢ Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge relating to core products through ongoing training and self-development

➢ Ensure key compliance and regulatory requirements relating to the financial planning process are adhered to.

➢ Lead and oversee the preparation of client documentation including suitability reports.

➢ Provide financial adviser guidance and mentorship to Relationship Managers and Administrators.
