Pay and People (PAP) is the HR and payroll division, delivering cutting-edge and premium payroll and human resources software and solutions to an exceptional range of clients. **About the role **RSM is a leading provider of audit, tax, and consulting services to middle market leaders, globally. Within its Employer Services team, our HR Services team provide expertise to support clients with all their people challenges and opportunities across the employmentlifecycle. The team are continuing to grow in the UK, and we are currently looking for an experienced HR professional to join us as we expand our people services.

**Delivery**
- Providing issue led solutions and advisory that create great value for our clients.
- Primarily delivering recurring, ad hoc and project work to RSM clients both on site and remotely, ensuring all work is delivered in a timely and professional way which exceeds the client’s expectations.
- Identifying potential opportunities for HR consultancy and working with the client focussed team and Associate Directors to develop this work.
- Providing clients with excellent quality HR advice and guidance, which is compliant with UK employment law and legislation and always driven by best practice.
- Managing a portfolio of clients commercially and successfully across a diverse range of work types and market sectors.
- Drawing on industry metrics, best practice and wider commercial acumen to guide and support clients and internal stakeholders through a wide range of people matters.

**Other**
- Gathering client testimonials for your work and write case studies or produce other types of collateral to showcase your knowledge, skills and experience.
- Leading internal projects and work with team members and the management team to deliver added value and insight.
- Being a thought leader by sharing information and insight proactively and contributing to blogs, marketing campaigns, newsletters and other communication channels.
- Embracing our values whilst ensuring we deliver excellence in everything we do.
- Proactively looking for opportunities to develop your HR skills and experience.
- Advising and working with internal stakeholders to consistently deliver work of an excellent quality.

We are looking for an individual who has excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law having had proven success in a HR consultancy position. You will have experience in demonstrating excellent standards in client delivery and possess the confidence to communicateand build relationships with clients and colleagues. Ideally, you will hold the CIPD qualification coupled with strong experience in leading HR projects in a customer-facing capacity.

As a desirable, our future colleague will have some understanding and knowledge of HR software as well as experience within interpreting data and producing meaningful reports. Experience within managing and/or coaching junior members of the team, whilstbeing able to act as a role model/mentor, would also be an advantage.
