**Logistics Administrator**
**Job Description.**
**Working hours**:38.5 hours per week, times TBC
**Remuneration**:£11.50 PH (£23,023 PA)
**Reports to: Operations Manager/Assistant Manager**
**Job specification - duties to include but not limited to**
- Action part movements/rack changes on the system and liaise with the senior envoy to complete the physical movement.
- Liaise with the warehouse to give and receive relevant information. Utilise ‘zero stock lines ordered’ report as a driving force behind stock requests.
- Take control of the nil stock report, utilising Senior Envoys where necessary to check stock levels and provide accurate updates for Bulten material planning to action.
- Assist the management team with any new projects, for example, new model launches.
- Contact IT to report issues and follow up to ensure they are resolved.
- Complete KPI’s and monitor for trends
- Organise running changes with the Senior Envoy as per the agreed process
- Maintain and audit 5S
- General filing and admin
- Keep stock cupboard replenished of labels, paper and stationery
- Distribution / collection of clock cards
- Answer external and internal calls and communicate forward as necessary
- Log and progress any queries new and outstanding
