Our Client is one of the UK’s largest financial services providers who are now looking to recruit a several Lead Generator into their growing team.
The role is office based the office is based in Bolton, Greater Manchester and is ideally located with great transport links for those who don't drive.
**THE ROLE.**
- The role involves speaking to customers who are struggling with their finances.
- You will provide them with a non advisory service to give them a listening ear and solutions for them to consider.
- Excellent communication skills are a necessity along with the ability to display resilience and tenacity in what can be a very challenging and fast-paced environment.
**OUR CLIENT.**

**DO YOU QUALIFY?**
- Worked in a call centre in a telesales//B2B/B2C role previously.
- Previously worked in debt advice - preferred but not essential.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced working environment.
- Ability to inform customers on solutions, be open to learning.
- Excellent telephone skills and a friendly, empathic attitude.
- Good administrative& customer service skills.
- Flexibility in terms of hours of work, committed.

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
