As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by making outbound B2B calls, engaging with small business owners, and building relationships. Our comprehensive in-house CRM system will support your work efficiency, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, preferably B2B, but B2C experience is also valuable. A competitive salary package, including a bonus structure offering daily, weekly, and monthly incentives, will be provided.

The company offers 28 days of holiday, including bank holidays, and flexible working hours from 9:30am to 3pm on Fridays.

Salary Package:

£25,000 - £35,000 per annum
